New to CrossFit?

Before purchasing any membership we have a beginners process to teach you the basics of CrossFit and build your confidence. Our beginners course consists of 3 one to one sessions which will be led by one of our experienced coaches. You will have the same coach for all 3 of your one to one sessions. These one to one sessions are progressive and designed to build your confidence in a personal environment so that you are safe when it comes to the group sessions.

Personal Training

Our coaches are also available for personal training to help you achieve your personal goals as fast as possible.

Each coach is £30 per session for one to one sessions or you can block book sessions for additional discounts.
